The Alumacraft Competitor 185 FSX is versatile

Family boating requires some flexibility, which is the goal of the new Alumacraft Competitor 185 FSX. This aluminium crossover model retains all the features of the popular Competitor line and adds extras designed to make the boat more comfortable and versatile on days when fishing is not the top priority.

1.

Rock solid construction

The double-bottomed hull makes for a reliable and durable boat.

2.

Storage

Plenty of storage space aboard this boat, whether it's your fishing rods or your ski equipment.

3.

Flexible seating options

The FSX package includes convenient folding seats that fold up from the rear deck platform.

4.

Ski pole

Reinforced connection on aft deck for optional water ski pole

can fulfill multiple roles. Start at the aft deck, where there is a reinforced connection for an optional ski pole for those days when watersports fun is on the agenda. That ski pole can be conveniently stowed in a designated space in the starboard locker.

Soft foam mats on the corners of the aft deck will be easy on your crew's knees when re-boarding the boat. The FSX package also includes a pair of convenient folding chairs that fold up from the rear deck platform. These have a high back and plenty of legroom for true comfort. To accommodate the folding seats, the FSX has a new 83 ltr. double-access livewell with a smaller center cover and a larger cover hatch under the starboard seat.

Finally, the Competitor 185 FSX comes with a starboard fishing rod rack and updated upholstery with added colour and attractive contrast stitching. Consider adding the comfort of optional bow and console back cushions and you'll be ready to lounge on the sandbar while enjoying tunes from the standard Infinity audio system.

NUMEROUS FUNCTIONS MAKE FISHING EASY

The FSX features do not detract from this boat's ability to fish. The dual consoles are covered with a full windshield for excellent weather protection. There is a 68 ltr. livewell under the bow deck, rod storage under the walk-through, a 50 ltr. insulated refrigerator compartment on the port side and four tackle drawers.

The optional digital dash replaces analog gauges with a Lowrance Elite 7 display. The bow is pre-wired for electronics. The Alumacraft 2XB design adds a second aluminum plate to the one-piece hull for added strength, durability and solid, quiet sailing. The extruded aluminum gun rail supports the AlumaTrac system, including accessories such as rod holders and accessory bags.

This boat is ready for fishing and skiing in style.
