Look closely. You'll see good fit, larger rivets and precision construction all around. These are boats to be proud of.

7. More and sturdier trusses

Our fully welded trusses can take a beating. They are heavier, wider and stronger, making the whole boat sturdier and stiffer. The trusses are spaced 12" apart. This results in more rafters which makes the boat stronger over the entire length.

8. Larger aircraft-grade rivets

Overall strength is greater with thicker rivets. Thicker rivets are stronger so fewer of them are needed. Fewer rivets means fewer holes fewer holes drilled and less chance of a rivet popping out.

9. Highest quality paint

Our boats are sprayed with the same basecoat/topcoat process and colors from the automotive industry. This allows small damages to be can be repaired without having to repaint the entire boat.

10. One-piece fuselage

We use a single sheet of aluminum that is cut and folded into shape to form the hull. Other manufacturers rivet or weld two two separate parts together. Our one-piece design ensures that there are no seams on the bottom of the boat, so greater strength is achieved without is achieved without any protruding parts.
